Requirements for return & exchange
Items for sale cannot be changed or returned.
Orders that have already been packed or sent cannot be canceled.
We do not accept returns of unbroken or incorrectly delivered products
You are responsible for the shipping costs that will return your item.
Your return and exchange request can only be submitted within 15 days of the receipt of your original order for quality, size, and color questions.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and taking out shipping insurance if the item is worth over $ 75.
Your items are unworn, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
Items damaged after use cannot be changed or returned.
Return and exchange guidelines
If a product is DOA (damaged upon arrival) or shipped incorrectly, please contact our email support first before returning it. Because it has to be sent back to the exact starting camp for reimbursement or exchange.
Do not send it directly to the address on the packaging. Maybe it's one of the carrier's transit warehouses, and that's not true.
Please note that the returned package must be stamped within 14 calendar days from the date you received the shipping information.
The items must be returned with the original packaging, manuals, all accessories and documents from the manufacturer.
Refunds will be processed and checked for OK within 7 to 12 working days of receipt of the items in the warehouse.
Refund Ratio: Refunds do not include shipping costs after shipping.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used to purchase.
If you return the goods to us, the customer is responsible for the following and we cannot provide a refund.
Loss and damage when transporting the items.
